Refunds for downloadable items
This category covers all downloadable content that can be purchased from the Design Lab.
Orders purchased from the Design Lab store more than 14 days ago are non-refundable unless there is a faulty or corrupted file within the downloaded package and our support team is not able to resolve it.
For any issue with a downloaded package, please visit our Support page.
You can cancel your order up to 14 days after purchasing it from the Design Lab store and receive a full refund given that you have not started to download the file.
Please note that we track the amount of downloads a file has had.
